Christian Lanng in conversation with Viv Groskop

May 7, 2020 Christian Lanng

My guest this week was author and comedienne Viv Groskop who wrote the book How to Own the Room: Women and the Art of Brilliant Speaking. As always, we covered a wide range of topics. In particular, I was interested in how she thinks Zoom is impacting culture during the pandemic and changing the way we interact with one another.

Towards the end we got onto the topic of leadership and politics—I know she’s a huge Angela Merkel fan—and how so many world leaders who happen to be women are doing an awesome job in dealing with the current crisis. Viv is a deep thinker and it was a pleasure to engage her on a variety of topics, I’m sure you’ll find the conversation as riveting as I did.

And don’t forget to tune in next Thursday at Noon PST for my conversation with Songwriter and Slam Poet In-Q.
