These rules are implemented to avoid invoice exceptions. If an invoice comes through that has any errors or missing form fields, the rules immediately flag it for your convenience. For example, if an invoice comes in missing a data field, our system will mark the invoice for you to refer to. This greatly assists with reducing the strain on your accounts payable team
